 Payment accepted: Cash, check, credit cards, Square,  and Venmo. Current bank fees apply for all but cash and checks.

Payment is expected at time of service. Any supplements, herbs and testing are in addition to the above charges.

If you need to cancel your appointment please give 24 hour notice. If you miss an appointment you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Sickness and emergencies are excepted.

Insurance is not accepted, but a super bill will be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company.
